$19,000 a Trailer home in a 55+ community off the Manatee River in Ruskin, Florida

Brand new siding, A/C unit & Refrigerator was all replaced last year comes with Washer n Dryer Waterfront property.. right off the Manatee River.. it's been in the family for 12 yrs.. but maybe only ever lived in 4 or 5 yrs It's located in a senior living 55+ community. Why it doesn't do me any good to keep hold of it I'd got more then a decade before I think about becoming 55.. I will say it's located in a tranquil place with a community pool and club house and exercise facility and over flow parking for trailer, motor home, boat, etc.. the area maintains there own security, one place I'm not concern to leave for a time as everything has always been secure, the place has been maintained as Smoke Free for anyone sensitive to smoke as I am.. you'd have to see it to appreciate it
